ذكرت مؤسسة «هيلفاكس» للرهن العقاري في بريطانيا أن أسعار المنازل في البلاد ارتفعت في شهر يناير الماضي، في مؤشر على عودة الطلب بعد إقرار الحكومة العمالية للميزانية، حسبما ذكرت وكالة أنباء «بلومبرغ» اليوم (الجمعة).

وذكرت «هيلفاكس» أن متوسط سعر المنزل ارتفع الشهر الماضي بنسبة 0.7% لمستوى قياسي جديد بلغ 300077 جنيهاً إسترلينياً (407 آلاف دولار)، ليصعد بأكثر من نسبة الهبوط التي سجلها الشهر السابق عليه وكانت تبلغ 0.6%.

ويأتي هذا الصعود بعد شهرين متتاليين من هبوط متوسط الأسعار، وكان أسرع صعود منذ شهر نوفبمر 2024.

وتعكس هذه البيانات تحسن سوق العقارات في بريطانيا بعد تراجع أوضاعه في 2025.

The Halifax mortgage institution in Britain reported that house prices in the country rose last January, indicating a return of demand following the Labour government's budget approval, according to a report by Bloomberg News today (Friday).

Halifax stated that the average house price increased last month by 0.7% to a new record level of £300,077 (approximately $407,000), surpassing the decline rate of 0.6% recorded in the previous month.

This rise follows two consecutive months of falling average prices and marks the fastest increase since November 2024.

These data reflect an improvement in the real estate market in Britain after its conditions deteriorated in 2025.
